The Double Eagle is the Resort's most active restaurant year round. Recently expanded poolside and with a new fire pit for cooler evenings eating here is simply beautiful, relaxed and comfortable. There are theme nights where the specialties include Mexican, Italian and BBQ while the full menu is also always available. You are welcome to bring the day's catch for our chef to prepare for you, and on BBQ night you can watch your fish cooked right in front of you.
